Leg Extension Machine (One Leg)

Setup instructions
1) Load the appropriate weight on the machine.
2) Sit back on the seat and place the front of your leg behind the pad - the lower leg should be angled behind you slightly. Hold the handles besides the seat to stabilise yourself.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly extend your leg out in front of you - have a slight bend in your knee at the endpoint.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze your thigh. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
