Standing Dumbbell Front & Side Raise with Rotation

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.
2) Hold the dumbbells with an overhand grip by your waist.
Perform instructions
1) Keep the arms straight and lift the weights in front of you to shoulder height
2) Pause when you're at the top.
3) Keeping the straight arms, slowly rotate the dumbbells outwards away from your body.
4) Pause for a second and slowly lower to the starting position.
5) Follow this pattern in reverse to return to the start position
This is ONE rep
6) Repeat this complete pattern for required reps
