Standing Bicep Curl Supinated Grip with Straight Bar on Cable

Setup instructions

1) Start with a low anchor point on the cable machine - load the appropriate weight.

2) Grab the straight bar attachment and place the hands around shoulder width with palms facing up and bar resting against thighs with straight arms.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly pull your hands towards your shoulders keeping upper arms tucked into the ribs throughout.

2) Pause at the top and squeeze the biceps. Now slowly reverse the movement to the starting position.

3) Repeat for required reps
