Suspension Strap Rollout

1) Start with a high anchor point and attach the suspension strap - it should be a long length.
2) Stand directly under the anchor, bend your knees and lean slightly forward. Keep the core tight throughout the exercise.
1) Lower yourself to the floor. Keep the bend in your elbows and extend your arms up - straighten your legs. You're aiming for a straight line between your triceps, back and legs.
2) Pause at the bottom. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.
