1) Start with the BOSU dome side up and lay on it with your stomach - extend your legs back behind.
2) Lift your legs and arms up towards the ceiling - you should be balancing on your core.
1) Spread your arms and legs outwards in opposite directions.
2) Now, bring them back to the centre. You should be in the starting position.
