Foam Roller w/ Towel Assisted Hamstring Lift

1) Place the foam roller on the floor and sit behind it with your legs extended. Your calves should have contact with the roller.
2) Grab both ends of the towel and step the top of your feet on the loop.
1) Slowly pull the towel towards you and lift the legs up. You should feel the stretch behind your legs.
2) Hold until the end of the timer.
Note: For this to work, the legs have to be straight.
