Setup instructions
1) Start with the BOSU dome side up and lay on it with your stomach - extend your legs back behind.
Perform instructions
1) Lift your legs up towards the ceiling - you'll feel this in your lower back & glutes.
2) Holdat the top for the required time. Now, gently lower yourself to the starting position.
3) Repeat if required.
