Setup instructions

1) Sit tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

2) Face your palms forward and point your fingers towards the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Keep your arms straight and raise them above your head - lift them outwards in an arc-like motion.

2) Pause at the top. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
