Setup instructions

1) Sit on your tailbone and plant your feet on the floor - hold onto your shins/knees.

Perform instructions

1) Hold onto your shins, push from the feet and roll onto your back using momentum.
Your lower back should be off the floor, rolling to the top of the thoracic spine/base of cervical.

2) Roll yourself forward using the same momentum back to the starting position.

3) Repeat for required reps or time.
