Setup instructions

1) Place your hands inside the mini band loop and rest it between your thumbs and fingers. Pull the band apart slightly to keep in in place.

2) Lie flat on the floor with your arms and legs extended. Lift the legs and arms up from the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Pull your arms towards your body - keep the tension in the band.

2) Pause for a second and extend them back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
