Setup instructions

1) Start with a low anchor point on the left side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the handle attached to the end.

2) Grab the handle and face the anchor. Step your left leg behind, bend your right knee and hinge forward from the hips slightly. You're aiming for a straight line between your rear leg and back.

Perform instructions

1) Pull the cable up and across your body - this will cause a rotation in your trunk.

2) Pause at the top and squeeze the core. Now, reverse the movement in a controlled manner back to the starting position.

3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
