Kettlebell Bear Crawl Row Hold (Leg Up)

1) Get in the bear crawl position - be on all fours and lift your knees up. Your hands and the balls of your feet should have contact with the floor. Keep the back flat.
2) Place the kettlebell on the floor aligned with your left hand.
1) Shift the weight to your left arm and right foot. Lift the left foot up and pull the kettlebell close to your body. Keep the elbow tucked in.
2) Hold the weight in place until the end of the timer.
