Setup instructions

1) Sit tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Extend your leg forward and place your heel on the floor - pause here.

2) Now, retract your leg and point your toe to the ground.

3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
