Setup instructions

1) Get in the plank position - start on all fours and extend your legs back behind you. Put your arms directly under your shoulders.

Perform instructions

1) Step your right leg out to the side - tap your toe and bring it back. Now, do the same with your left.

2) Follow this pattern and repeat.
