BOSU Dome Hamstring Stretch
- Body weight
1) Place the BOSU dome side up on the floor in front of you - about a metre.
2) Full kneel facing the BOSU.
1) Shift your weight to your left leg and bring your right one in front. Fully extend it and rest the heel on the dome.
2) Hinge from the hips and reach your arms towards the dome.
3) Hold the position until the timer ends.
