Dumbbell Calf Raise (One Leg)

Setup instructions
1) Stand tall with legs shoulder width apart and a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight.
2) Hold the weight on your right side.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly lift your right heel up - press into the middle of your foot.
2) Pause for a second at the top.
3) Lower into the starting position.
4) Repeat.
