Setup instructions

1) Load the appropriate weight on the cable machine & attached a straight bar

2) Sit tall on the seat and plant the feet firmly on the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Place your hands just slightly wider than shoulder width on the bar with the palms facing forward.

2) Sitting tall with chest proud slowly pull the bar towards the boney part of your upper chest and squeeze the shoulder blades together.

2) Pause and then slowly bring your arms back to the starting position without allowing the weight to cause you to lift off the seat.

3) Repeat for required reps.
