Parallel Waist Height Oblique Woodchop on Cable

Setup instructions
1) Start with a mid (waist height) anchor point on the left side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the handle attached to the end.
2) Stand side on to the cable, take a step to the side. Ensure even weight through each foot
Perform instructions
1) Pull the cable across your body with outstretched arms - this will cause a rotation in your trunk.
2) Pause at end of range and squeeze the core. Now, slowly reverse the movement back to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
