Cable Face Pull
- Cable Machine
1) Start with a mid anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the rope attached to the end.
2) Face the anchor and take a few steps back - your arms should be fully extended in front of you.
1) Pull the rope towards your forehead.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze the shoulder blades together. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.
