BOSU Hands Elevated High Plank Rocking Side to Side

Setup instructions

1) Start by placing the BOSU flat side up on the floor.

2) Go on all fours and grab the BOSU by the sides. Keep your hands directly under your chest.

3) Now fully extend the legs behind you - keep the core tight and tuck the hips in. You should be in the plank position.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly tilt the BOSU to your left - keep the hips and core in place.

2) Bring the BOSU back to centre. Now, tilt the other way.

3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
