Plate Shrug (Roll)

Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with the chest up, back flat, head neutral and core tight.

2) Grab each plate with a firm grip.

Perform instructions

1) Lift your shoulders up and back in an anti-clockwise circle.

2) Now, move your shoulders in a clockwise circular motion.
