1) Start with the ball in front of your chest - hinge forward from the hips, bend the knees and push your tailbone back.
1) Twist your trunk to the right - your right hand should be behind the ball and the left in front.
2) Push the ball with your rear hand to the floor.
3) Pick the ball up and return to the starting position.
