Standing Lat Pulldown with Rope on Cable

Setup instructions
1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the rope attached to the end.
2) Stand in front of the cable, a couple of steps back to allow for the movement
Perform instructions
1) Keeping the arms relatively straight with a softness in the elbow slowly pull the rope down towards the thighs, separating the rope at the bottom.
Keep back straight and tight..
2) Pause at the bottom and squeeze the shoulder blades together. Now, reverse the movement to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
