Setup instructions

1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the straight bar attachment on the end.

2) Face away from the cable machine.

3) Put the elbows at shoulder height and keep them there throughout the exercise.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly extend your arms so they are fully straight. The only movement should come from your forearms. Keep the elbows high throughout

2) Pause at the endpoint and squeeze the triceps. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
