Setup instructions

1) Stand with your back leaning against the wall. Walk your feet forward (about a foot or 2).

Perform instructions

1) Keep your legs straight as you lift your toes towards the ceiling.

2) Pause at the top. Now, gently lower to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
