Setup instructions

1) Start with the BOSU dome side up and lay on it with your stomach - extend your legs back behind.

2) Lift your chest up and reach your arms back - face the palms up. You're aiming for a straight line between your rear legs, back, head and neck.

Perform instructions

1) Keep your arms parallel to the floor and lift them away from you in an arc-like motion. As you reach half way, twist your wrists so your palms end up facing each other at the endpoint - you should be reaching in front of you.

2) Pause at the top. Now, slowly reverse the movement to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
