Incline Pike Shoulder Taps
- Bench · Deck Step · Plyometric Jump Box
1) Place the bench/box on the floor.
2) Put your feet on the platform and walk your feet in - keep the legs straight until you're in an inverted 'V'.
1) Shift the weight to your left side and lift the right hand up. Touch your opposite shoulder and put your arm back down.
2) Repeat on the other side.
Note: try keep the side to side movements to a minimum.
