Setup instructions

1) Sit up tall with the band wrapped around your thighs. Plant your feet on the floor and keep them shoulder-width apart.

Note: shorten the band for added tension.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly pry your legs outwards - this may cause the soles of your feet to come of the floor.

2) Pause at the top. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
