Resistance Band Chest Press (One Arm High Anchored)

Setup instructions

1) Start with a high anchor point and attach the resistance band to it.

2) Grab the band with your right hand and face in the opposite direction. Walk a few steps forward (so you have some tension).

3) Lift your right arm away from your body and bend your elbow. You're aiming for a straight line between your arm, elbow shoulder and chest.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly push the band away from you. Your arm should be extended directly in front of your chest - with a slight bend in the elbow.

2) Pause at the top and squeeze the chest. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
