Elevated Prone Shoulder Circle
- Medicine Ball · Plyometric Jump Box · Bench
1) Lie chest face down on the table. Move forward until your right shoulder and upper chest is hanging off.
2) Place a medicine/hard ball on the floor. Press into it with your right hand and lift your chest up slightly.
1) Move your arm in a circular clockwise motion.
2) Now, move your arm in a circular anticlockwise motion.
