Setup instructions

1) Sit tall on the chair/bench with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

2) Lift your right foot on top of the left. The toes should be touching and the left heel should still have contact with the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly lift your right foot up towards the ceiling.

2) Pause at the top. Now, gently lower back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
