Cable Crossover (Low to High)

1) Start with a low anchor point on both sides of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the handles attached.
2) Extend your arms outwards and lean slightly forward - place one leg in front. You're aiming for a straight line between your rear leg, back and neck. Keep the chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
1) Keep the arms straight and pull the handles in front of your body.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze your chest together. Now, slowly reverse the movements back to the starting position.
