Setup instructions

1) Place the stability ball and wobble board on the floor.

2) Put both legs on the ball and hands on the board. Aim for both arms to be directly under the shoulders. You should be in a plank position.

Perform instructions

1) Balance yourself in this position until the end of the timer.
