Resistance Band Side Raise Hold

Setup instructions
1) Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, chest up and core tight.
2) Step both feet on the band and grab the top with an over hand grip.
Perform instructions
1) Keep the arms straight and lift the band upwards until they're parallel to the floor.
2) Now, extend both arms outwards in opposite directions.
3) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
