Mini Band Switch Pop
- Mini Resistance Band · Plyometric Jump Box · Bench · Deck Step
- Quadriceps · Hamstrings · Calves · Glutes
1) Place the Mini Band around your thighs - keep it in place by spreading your legs out slightly. Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.
2) Start so the Plyo Box/Bench/Platform is to your left.
1) Hinge forward from the hips, bend your knees and push your tailbone back.
2) Push into your heels and jump up on the platform - keep side on. Follow the momentum so you end up in a slight squat. Stand up fully once the movement is complete.
3) Step down and repeat.
