Setup instructions

1) Sit on your tailbone and plant the feet on the floor. Grab the medicine ball so its in front of your chest.

2) Lean slightly back, extend your arms towards the ceiling and lift your left leg up.

Perform instructions

1) Lift your right leg up - you should be balancing on your tailbone.

2) Hold this position until the end of the timer.
