Setup instructions

1) Hold the band with a firm overhand grip.

2) Lie flat on the floor with your arms and legs extended. Lift them up from the floor (about a foot or 2).

Perform instructions

1) In an arc-like motion, pull the band apart and closer to your chest.

2) Pause at the endpoint and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Now, reverse the movement to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
