Wobble Board Tricep Dip

1) Start by placing the wobble board on the floor and sit in front of it.
2) Reach behind and place both hands either side of the board. Lift your tailbone up and adjust your position (walk your feet in/out). Make sure your hands are directly underneath the shoulders - keep the elbows tucked in close to your ribs.
1) Slowly lower yourself until your elbows are near 90 degree angles.
2) Hold for a second and push up to the starting position.
