Setup instructions
1) Place the BOSU dome side down.
2) Step on the BOSU safely with feet shoulder width apart. Only start once you've gained your balance and feel comfortable.
3) Grab the dumbbells with an overhand grip. Palms face towards the body at all times.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly lift the dumbbells towards your shoulders.
2) Pause at the top. Now, gently lower to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
