Skull Crusher Laying Bench EZ Bar on Cable

Setup instructions
1) Start with a mid anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight and attach the EZ bar to the end.
2) Place a flat bench in front of the anchor and lay on the bench with the head at the anchor end - plant your feet fully on the floor.
3) Hold the bar at shoulder width with the palms facing up so its behind your head.
Perform instructions
1) Slowly extend your arms towards the ceiling keeping the elbows above the shoulders &the upper arms vertical.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze the triceps (arms should be relatively straight)
3) Slowly lower back to the starting position so the bar is just above the top of the forehead
4) Repeat for required reps
