Step Plyo Push Up
- Deck Step
1) Put the step lengthwise on the floor.
2) Place your hands on the step and extend your legs out behind you. Spread the legs to give a wide stance.
1) Lower your chest to the step. When it's nearly touching, push up with enough force to lift your upper body away from the step. Then quickly move your hands to the floor - either side of the step.
2) Lower your chest to the step again. Once your chest is nearly touching, push up with enough force to come off the floor and quickly place your hands on the step again.
Note: When performing the push up, keep your elbows behind your shoulders.
