Resistance Band Bird Dog

Setup instructions
1) Place your right foot and left hand inside the loop. The sole of your foot and wrist should be in contact with the band.
2) Get on all fours with your shins and hands shoulder width apart. Try keep the back flat and hands directly under your chest.
Perform instructions
1) Raise your right arm and left leg in opposite directions - extend them both.
2) Pause at the top, now bring them down to the starting position.
3) Repeat.
