Standing Single Arm Tricep Pushdown Pronated Grip on Cable

Setup instructions

1) Start with a high anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with a handle attachment on the end.

2) Face the anchor and stay close to it.
Grab the handle with palm facing down, keep the elbow tucked into your sides throughout the exercise.

3) Hinge slightly forward from the hips

Perform instructions

1) Slowly extend your arm so it's fully straight. The only movement should come from your forearm.

2) Pause at the endpoint and squeeze the tricep. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
