Setup instructions

1) Load the appropriate weight on the machine.

2) Sit back on the seat and place the front of your legs behind the pad - the lower legs should be angled behind you slightly. Keep your feet shoulder width apart and face them forward. Hold the handles besides the seat to stabilise yourself.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly extend your legs out in front of you - have a slight bend in your knees at the endpoint.

2) Pause at the top and squeeze your thighs. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
