Setup instructions

1) Have the battle rope coiled up in an area in front of you - hold one end of the rope.

2) Sit on your tailbone, bend your knees and plant the feet on the floor - your knees should face upwards.

3) Put the rope over your right shoulder with both hands. Get ready to start.

Perform instructions

1) Pull the rope so the pile ends up behind you.
