Wall Slides

Setup instructions

1) Find a wall and lean into it - your back and the outside of your arms should have full contact. Bend your elbows and point your forearms up towards the ceiling.

Perform instructions

1) Keep contact with the wall and slide your arms up towards the ceiling.

2) Pause at the top, now slowly lower to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
