I am a body weight (calisthenics) guy who likes to build the strength and muscle only using my body weight. I also incorporate skills such as the handstand, the planche and the L sit. I do intermittent fasting and I love it and I like others to do it as well. I also do nucleus overload where I train a lacking body part for a month then let it recover to make it bigger.
