Resistance Band Jump Away

Setup instructions

1) Attach the band to a mid anchor point about 1 or 2 meters to your right. Extend your arms out in front and hold the band with a firm grip.

2) Keep the chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral with feet shoulder width apart.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the arms in place and jump to your left (about a foot or 2).

2) Pause here for a second. Now, take a right step to the starting position.

3) Follow this pattern and repeat.
