Wobble Board (Leaning Circle)

Setup instructions

1) Lean onto a chair/wall/apparatus.

2) Stand tall on the wobble board with one leg - tilt the side of your foot down so the board is touching the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Tilt your foot towards the floor and make a circle - the side of the board should be on the ground at all times.

2) Repeat.
