Setup instructions

1) Lean onto a chair/wall/apparatus.

2) Stand tall on the wobble board with one leg - tilt the side of your foot down so the board is touching the floor.

Perform instructions

1) Tilt the side of your foot the opposite way so the board is touching the floor.

2) Follow this pattern and repeat.
